We are looking for dynamic individuals who have completed a Digital Marketing course or have hands-on experience in online sales and promotions, and are eager to capitalize on Hyderabad’s booming real estate market.
Job Summary
We are offering a unique and entrepreneurial performance-based opportunity for ambitious and digitally savvy professionals to join us as Digital Marketing and Sales Partner in the real estate sector. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through digital channels, converting prospects into property buyers, and helping expand our market presence across regions.
This is not a traditional salaried role—it’s a commission-driven partnership, ideal for freelancers, marketing consultants, digital entrepreneurs, or experienced real estate agents looking to earn high incentives through result-oriented work.
You will work directly with our marketing and sales teams, have access to high-quality real estate inventory (residential and/or commercial), and be empowered to market, sell, and earn on every successful transaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Lead Generation

Create and manage targeted digital campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn to generate quality leads for real estate projects.

Utilize SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing to attract potential homebuyers or investors.

Develop landing pages, ad copies, and creative content (images/videos) to support campaigns.

Optimize ads and online content for better lead conversion and reduced cost-per-lead (CPL).
2. Sales Conversion and Client Engagement

Follow up with generated leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and video conferencing.

Understand the client’s requirements (budget, location, property type, etc.) and recommend suitable real estate projects.

Coordinate virtual or physical site visits and accompany clients when necessary.

Negotiate with clients and assist in closing the deal with proper documentation and handover to the internal sales/operations team.
3. Marketing Strategy & Branding Support

Support brand visibility by promoting the company and listed projects through your own network and platforms.

Collaborate with the internal team to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness based on market response.

Share market insights, competitor analysis, and campaign feedback to help improve future strategy.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain lead tracking, client communication history, and conversion metrics.

Provide regular reports on campaign performance, sales activity, and potential hot leads.

Stay accountable for sales funnel progress and revenue generation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Skills and Competencies

Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, platforms, and trends.

Experience running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and optimizing for conversions.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Educational Background
