Job Description

Rasi Infra is seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad requires a strategic thinker with a passion for Product marketing, digital advertising, and social media engagement.

As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, optimizing ad performance, and driving lead generation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing strategies align with business objectives and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Social Media Management – Develop and manage our brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

· Content Creation & Design – Design engaging posts, reels, videos, and graphics using Canva/Photoshop to promote our Products.

· Ad Campaigns & Lead Generation – Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital ad campaigns to generate quality leads.

· SEO & Website Management – Optimize website content and oversee performance to improve search rankings.

· Performance Tracking – Monitor ad campaigns, social media engagement, and lead conversion rates to refine marketing strategies.

· Brand Storytelling – Develop compelling narratives that resonate with our product buyers.

· Collaboration – Work closely with the sales and strategy team to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

· ⁠Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

· ⁠Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing.

· Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or any design tool for creating high-quality content.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to craft compelling ad copies.

· Knowledge of lead generation and audience targeting strategies.
