• liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
• creative writing and proofreading copy
• liaising with various vendors like creative designers, Digital agencies and printers
• managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs and arranging for effective distribution of the same to various internal offices and locations.
• assisting in organizing events such as conferences, seminars, meets and exhibitions;
• coordinating and organizing photo shoots
• maintaining and updating customer databases
• assisting and contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies; managing budgets; evaluating marketing campaigns; monitoring competitor activity
• supporting and assisting the marketing manager and other colleagues for marketing related activities.
• Experience in digital marketing is preferable.
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
