Job Description
- liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
- creative writing and proofreading copy
- liaising with various vendors like creative designers, Digital agencies and printers
- managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs and arranging for effective distribution of the same to various internal offices and locations.
- assisting in organizing events such as conferences, seminars, meets and exhibitions;
- coordinating and organizing photo shoots
- maintaining and updating customer databases
- assisting and contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies; managing budgets; evaluating marketing campaigns; monitoring competitor activity
- supporting and assisting the marketing manager and other colleagues for marketing related activities.
- Experience in digital marketing is preferable.
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
