Position Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive - Fresher - IT Background to support our online marketing strategies and drive brand awareness in the IT sector. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, social media, and content marketing and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO & Website Optimization:
- Assist in keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
- Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor Google Analytics & Search Console for website performance.
2. Social Media Management:
- Manage and post content on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create engaging posts, infographics, and videos for social media marketing.
- Track and analyze engagement, followers, and campaign performance.
3. Content Marketing & Blogging:
- Assist in writing blog posts, case studies, and website content related to IT solutions.
- Optimize content for SEO and readability.
- Research trending topics and create informative and engaging articles.
4. Paid Ads & PPC Campaigns:
- Assist in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Help with keyword bidding, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Monitor ad performance and ROI.
5. Email Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Manage email databases and automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Track email open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics.
6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated with IT industry trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to improve brand positioning and strategy.
Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Digital marketing certifications (Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content writing.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
