B2B Digital Marketing– JOB DESCRIPTION

Aushadh Limited is a fast-growing Agrochemical company headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat as a bulk supplier of products like pesticides, fertilizers, fungicides, growth promoters etc., which used in farming to other Agro companies. We are searching for B2B Trade

executives, who will be primarily responsible for attracting new business clients and handling the enquiries we are getting from inline platforms like IndiaMart, TradeIndia or any other. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual that strives to make a difference.

Principal duties and responsibilities

Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.) Search for new client leads from a platform like IndiaMart, Trade India etc.
Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist
business development in the acquisition of B2B clients

Manage relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research (analyse competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.) Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of marketing experience required; a minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing B2B Digital Marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.
MBA preferred but not required.

Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Prior experience in B2B sales desired.
Fluency in Hindi & English.
Good command of other Indian languages would be an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.
Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
