Job Description
- This position is based out of call center. Person will be responsible for taking outbound calls on response based campaigns
- Example: if customer has shown interest on Social media/Google etc. for buying various General Insurance products then these leads will be routed to Call center executives. He/She will call and explain about the details of the product accordingly. He/She will close the sale by taking necessary details. He/She will be responsible to clarify all doubts and queries of the customers considering all parameters, as per our quality guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- CCE is important pillar of Sales function.
- The role holder is responsible for Conversion of leads.
- The role holder is responsible for Target on up gradation / cross sell
- This role holder is responsible for quality of business He/She is sourcing
- Person will have target on reference & cross sell.
- Person will be accountable for Control on cancellation/active business month on month.
- The role holder is responsible for Accurate & timely generation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports.
Candidate Requirements
- 1-2 years similar experience in call center General insurance or insurance preferred
- Freshers also Welcomed.
- Understanding of CRM, Dialer, LMS and other relevant technology
- Strong Communication Skills (Hindi/English/Regional language will be added advantage)
- Ability to convince
Sales Skills required.
- Minimum Qualification-Graduation required.

- Good Communication Skills(English & Hindi)
- Good Understanding of general insurance
- Selling & Persuasive Skills
- Minimum Typing and System knowledge
