Digital Marketing Role & Responsibilities

• The role is largely office based with a lot of communication by phone, email and conference calls, Video conferencing etc.
  
• Travel may be required especially in agency roles where visits to clients are an essential part of the job.

• Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising
  
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  
• Evaluate emerging technologies. 
• Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  
• create and upload copy and images for the organisation's website
• write and dispatch email marketing campaigns
• provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)
  
• Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
