Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Manage and grow the company’s online presence through platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
- Develop content marketing strategies including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and ad creatives.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and user experience.
- Track and analyse website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
- Manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital platforms to achieve KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance reporting on all digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage digital budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 plus years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and social media strategy.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Hub Spot, or other relevant platforms.
- Experience in ecommerce, SaaS, or B2B/B2C marketing.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.
