Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
 3 plus years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
 Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and social media strategy.
 Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Canva/AdobeCreative Suite, HubSpot, or equivalent.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and trends.
 Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

1. Developing Digital Marketing Strategies

  • Creating effective digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

  • Identifying target audiences and setting measurable goals for campaigns.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to design innovative marketing strategies.

2. Managing Social Media Platforms

  • Handling company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

  • Planning and scheduling engaging posts to increase brand visibility.

  • Running paid advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience.

  • Monitoring social media trends and responding to customer interactions.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Optimizing websites and content to improve search engine rankings.

  • Performing keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO strategies.

  • Tracking organic traffic and improving website visibility using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

4. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Pay-Per-Click (PPC)

  • Managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.

  • Setting budgets, creating ad copies, and optimizing campaigns for better ROI.

  • Monitoring performance metrics and improving ad quality scores.

5. Content Marketing

  • Working with writers, designers, and video editors to create high-quality content.

  • Publishing blogs, case studies, social media posts, infographics, and videos.

  • Ensuring content aligns with SEO strategies and brand voice.

6. Email Marketing

  • Designing and executing targeted email campaigns to nurture leads.

  • Segmenting audiences for personalized email marketing strategies.

  • Tracking open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize future campaigns.

7. Website Management

  • Coordinating with developers and designers to ensure website functionality and user experience.

  • Updating website content regularly to keep it fresh and relevant.

  • Monitoring website analytics to track visitor behavior and conversions.

8. Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Insights, and HubSpot to measure campaign success.

  • Preparing detailed reports on KPIs such as traffic, conversions, ROI, and engagement.

  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies.

9. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams

  • Working closely with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing strategies.

  • Coordinating with agencies, influencers, and external partners when required.
