Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including social media, search engines, email, and content platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of current digital marketing trends, and the ability to develop strategies that drive traffic and increase conversions.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, have excellent communication skills, and stay updated with the latest trends and tools in the digital marketing landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and email marketing tools.

Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve results, including clicks, conversions, and ROI.

Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness through paid and organic channels.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.

Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs to improve search engine rankings and visibility.

Monitor website analytics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track SEO performance and improve organic search results.
3. Social Media Marketing:

Create and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive engagement, leads, and brand visibility.

Develop a content calendar, write copy, and create visuals (or work with designers) to post on social media.

Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, and conversions) to optimize future campaigns.
4. Content Creation & Management:

Develop engaging and relevant content for blogs, websites, emails, and social media channels.

Collaborate with the content team (writers, designers, etc.) to create high-quality content that aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives.

Ensure content is optimized for SEO and is designed to engage and educate potential customers.
5. Email Marketing:

Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.

Manage email lists, segment audiences, and personalize email content to increase open rates and conversions.

Track email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
6. Analytics & Reporting:

Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics to track campaign performance.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and lead generation.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on digital marketing performance, analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and providing actionable insights.
7. Paid Media & PPC Management:

Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media networks.

Set budgets, optimize bids, and ensure that paid campaigns deliver a positive return on investment (ROI).

Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve ad performance.
8. Brand Awareness and Reputation Management:

Increase online brand presence through effective digital marketing campaigns, focusing on brand positioning, customer loyalty, and awareness.

Monitor online reviews and social media mentions, addressing customer queries or complaints to maintain a positive brand reputation.
9. Collaboration and Strategy Development:

Work closely with the broader marketing team, designers, content creators, and product teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall company goals.

Assist in planning and executing digital events, webinars, and online promotions.

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools to ensure the company’s strategies remain competitive and innovative.
