Job Overview
A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, and lead generation. This role involves working across various digital channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, paid ads, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Management
Optimize website content and structure to improve Google rankings.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies.
Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
2. Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Develop social media calendars and schedule posts.
Track engagement, followers, and conversions to improve strategies.
3. Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Ads)
Set up and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Optimize ad campaigns for better click-through rates (CTR) and return on investment (ROI).
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies as needed.
4. Content & Email Marketing
Create blogs, website content, infographics, and video scripts for marketing.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
Use tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ConvertKit for automation.
5. Data Analytics & Reporting
Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Facebook Insights.
Generate monthly reports on traffic, conversions, and campaign success.
Recommend improvements based on data insights.
6. Brand Awareness & Growth Strategies
Work on influencer marketing and collaborations to expand brand reach.
Monitor competitor strategies and suggest innovative marketing approaches.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement best practices.
