KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the manager in planning and developing digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, Zomato and Dineout Banners etc.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics.
• Conduct monthly and fortnightly market analysis understanding the compset and identifying key trends.
• Conduct comprehensive bi-weekly hygiene audit of digital platforms for all outlets to ensure information is correct.
• Manage and maintain our email, SMS and Whatsapp marketing campaigns and subscriber lists.
• Have a strong understanding of Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and utilize the same to create stories and occasional posts for the social media.
• Collaborate with agencies to align daily content, engagement and reviews.
• Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and influencers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and sales with a track record of driving sales growth.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of sales funnel development and optimization.
• Experience in running successful Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Excellent content creation skills for social media and email marketing.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Experience: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and sales.
• Experience with sustainable or eco-friendly brands is highly desirable.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
