Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various online platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with brand guidelines.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop engaging and high-quality content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
- Manage content calendars, update website content, and optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
Social Media Marketing (SMM):
- Manage social media accounts, create compelling posts, and engage with followers to build brand presence and drive user engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact.
Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing copy, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Optimize email campaigns for deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, using A/B testing and data analytics.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor SEO performance, analyze website traffic, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Paid Advertising (PPC):
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including keyword bidding, ad copywriting, and budget management.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to track KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights into campaign performance and audience behavior.
- Present findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders, and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
