Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website and content to improve rankings and increase organic traffic.
Social Media Marketing (SMM): Manage and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and manage Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
Content Creation: Develop engaging, creative, and visually appealing content for social media, blogs, emailers, and website.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Implement and monitor effective paid search strategies.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Convert Kit, or similar platforms.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools.
Technical Proficiency: Work with CMS platforms (like WordPress), ad dashboards, and marketing automation tools.
Communication Skills: Coordinate with internal teams and vendors; write compelling marketing copy.
Creative Thinking: Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to drive brand engagement.
Adaptability: Stay current with digital marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Course in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in a digital marketing role
Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, and social media tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative, analytical, and adaptable mindset.
