Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email, and paid media. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
You will play a key role in enhancing our brand visibility, generating leads, increasing website traffic, and contributing to overall marketing objectives.
- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies: This involves planning, implementing, and tracking marketing campaigns across various online channels.
- Managing social media presence: Creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and running social media advertising campaigns.
- Optimizing website content and performance: Ensuring the website is user-friendly, optimized for search engines (SEO), and provides a positive user experience.
- Creating and managing email marketing campaigns: Designing and sending emails to customers and potential leads
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC) with a focus on ROI and performance.

Coordinate with creative and content teams to design campaign assets (banners, videos, ad copies).
2. Social Media Marketing

Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Schedule and publish engaging content; monitor trends and respond to followers.

Analyze social media performance and provide actionable insights.
3. SEO & Website Optimization

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO practices (meta tags, internal linking, etc.).

Work with developers and content teams to ensure the website is SEO-friendly.

Monitor website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and suggest improvements.
4. Email Marketing & CRM

Create and manage email marketing campaigns for newsletters, promotions, and product updates.

Use tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or Zoho Campaigns for audience segmentation and automation.

Track email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
5. Content & Performance Reporting

Assist in creating content strategies for blog posts, landing pages, and digital ads.

Track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, impressions) across channels.

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
6. Market & Competitor Analysis

Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and changes in algorithms or policies.

Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify new opportunities.
