Position Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You should be passionate about digital trends, analytics, and creating compelling online experiences for customers.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that support the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROI, etc.).

Conduct keyword research and manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility.
Social Media Marketing

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Schedule, publish, and monitor engaging content (text, image, video) to build audience engagement.

Respond to comments and queries in a timely manner to foster community interaction.
Content & Email Marketing

Coordinate with content writers and designers to create blog posts, infographics, emailers, and landing pages.

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns via platforms like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or Sendinblue.

Maintain and segment email lists and track campaign performance (open rate, click-through, conversions).
Analytics & Reporting

Track and report on digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Facebook Insights, etc.

Analyze campaign metrics, generate performance reports, and suggest areas of improvement.

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
Website & SEO
-
Coordinate with developers/designers to maintain and update the company website.

Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve search rankings.

Optimize meta tags, headings, image alt texts, and site speed for better visibility.
Lead Generation & CRM Support

Use digital tools to generate quality leads and direct them to the sales team.

Support CRM campaigns and assist in nurturing leads through automated marketing flows.
