Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, and UI/UX optimization. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Search Engine Optimization, and basic UI/UX design principles to improve user journeys and conversion rates.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, creativity, and a strategic approach to manage paid campaigns, optimize websites for search engines, and enhance user experience across digital platforms. Candidates must be confident in running end-to-end digital campaigns and interpreting data for actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Google Ads & Paid Search Campaigns:

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) with a focus on ROI and conversions.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve ad relevance and performance.

Monitor and optimize daily budgets, bids, and campaign strategies.
-
Prepare detailed reports on CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other key performance indicators.
2. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):

Design and execute Meta Ads campaigns targeting various audience segments through Facebook and Instagram.

Create visually appealing and effective ad creatives in collaboration with designers.

Set up retargeting and lookalike audiences for optimized customer acquisition and retention.

Track and analyze campaign metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.
3. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including meta tags, content optimization, backlink building, and technical SEO audits.

Optimize website structure, speed, mobile responsiveness, and internal linking to improve Google ranking.

Work closely with content writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to monitor and improve keyword rankings and organic traffic.
4. UI/UX Optimization:

Collaborate with the design and development teams to suggest and implement UI/UX improvements across websites and landing pages.

Analyze user behavior via Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools to identify friction points in user journeys.

Enhance conversion rates (CRO) by applying best UI/UX practices on landing pages and sales funnels.

Ensure digital assets are user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
5. Data Analytics & Reporting:

Generate regular performance reports and dashboards summarizing campaign performance, SEO traffic, and user engagement.

Analyze metrics such as bounce rate, session duration, conversion paths, and audience demographics to support decision-making.

Provide strategic recommendations based on analytical insights.
6. Strategy and Execution:

Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, platform algorithm changes, and ad policy updates.

Contribute to integrated marketing strategies including email marketing, influencer outreach, and content marketing (if applicable).

Maintain strong alignment with sales and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, Communications, or related field

Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing

Certifications: Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification, or HubSpot SEO certification is preferred

Proficiency in tools such as:

SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Moz, Screaming Frog
