Job Title: Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist
Location: Indore
Job Type: Full-Time | WFH [if capable of handling responsibilities ]
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist who can manage client projects effectively and help boost their businesses through smart, performance-oriented marketing and SEO strategies. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, excellent SEO knowledge, and the ability to implement strategies that lead to real business growth.
Our company operates on a client-based model, so your primary responsibility will be to handle multiple client projects, improve their online visibility, and drive measurable results – without direct client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute complete digital marketing strategies for clients
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (On-page & Off-page)
- Improve clients’ search engine rankings and organic traffic
- Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis
- Handle client accounts internally (no direct client meetings required)
- Manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Analyze data, generate performance reports, and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Stay updated with digital marketing and SEO trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO
- Proven track record of improving search rankings and business results
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Understanding of lead generation and business conversion strategies
- Ability to work on multiple client projects simultaneously
- Strong written communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
