Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing and a strong understanding of performance marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising:Plan, create, and manage effective campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, etc.)Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROI, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Content and Social Media Management:Assist in content creation for various digital platforms (social media posts, blogs, ad copy, etc.).Maintain a content and social media calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
AI and Automation:Utilize tools like ChatGPT to assist in content generation and ideation.Explore and implement new AI tools to streamline marketing workflows.Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular reports on marketing campaign performance.Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve future strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role.
Technical Skills:Proven experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.Solid understanding of SEO best practices.Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Experience with calendar scheduling and social media management tools.Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation.
Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented and highly organized.
