Job Summary:
A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote a company’s products or services. The role plays a key part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads or customers. A successful Digital Marketing Executive will be well-versed in the latest digital marketing trends and tools, and be capable of combining creative and analytical skills to deliver effective digital strategies.
The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital Marketing Executives work closely with marketing, sales, design, and development teams to ensure the success of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy and Campaign Management:

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

Coordinate and manage online marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on data analysis.

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic rankings and traffic.

Conduct keyword research and analysis using SEO tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

Monitor and report on search engine rankings, website performance, and SEO progress.

Develop link-building strategies and oversee on-page and off-page optimization.
3. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC):

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.

Write compelling ad copy and create visually appealing display ads.

Analyze the performance of paid campaigns and adjust bids, keywords, and targeting to maximize ROI.
4. Social Media Marketing:

Develop, manage, and monitor social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Create engaging content (text, image, video) tailored for each platform.

Schedule posts, respond to comments/messages, and grow social media followers organically.

Track social media engagement metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
5. Content Marketing:

Work with content writers and designers to produce high-quality digital content including blog posts, infographics, videos, and e-books.

Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and user engagement.

Distribute content across appropriate digital platforms to drive traffic and generate leads.
6. Email Marketing:

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

Design email templates, write copy, and segment email lists based on customer behavior and demographics.

Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions; perform A/B testing to improve results.
7. Website and Analytics:

Oversee and maintain company websites and landing pages, ensuring they are updated and user-friendly.

Use web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Google Tag Manager) to evaluate user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion paths.

Generate performance reports and use insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
