Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimizing various digital campaigns across platforms. This includes managing social media, running paid advertisements, assisting in content planning, and analyzing traffic data to improve campaign performance.
The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and tech-savvy, with a clear understanding of how digital tools can help achieve business goals. You will work closely with designers, content creators, and the sales team to ensure brand consistency and maximum engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:

Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

Respond to comments, messages, and community inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor and report on engagement metrics and suggest strategies for improvement.

Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure all posts align with the brand voice and goals.
2. SEO & Website Optimization:

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings.

Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking.

Work with developers to improve website performance, mobile responsiveness, and user experience (UX).

Track and report on website traffic using Google Analytics and other tools.
3. Paid Advertising (PPC):

Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Allocate budgets, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for CTR, conversions, and ROI.

A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and target audiences.
4. Email Marketing & Automation:

Design and send newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or Zoho Campaigns.

Maintain mailing lists and ensure GDPR compliance.

Analyze open rates, CTRs, and conversions for continuous improvement.
5. Content Coordination:

Assist in planning and scheduling blogs, infographics, videos, and reels.

Coordinate with writers and graphic designers to ensure quality content output.

Maintain content calendars and align all digital communications with campaigns or launches.
6. Reporting and Analytics:

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, user behavior, and key digital KPIs.
