Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to manage and optimize our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), hands-on experience with Google Ads (formerly AdWords), Facebook Ads campaign management, and strong creative skills in digital content design. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, data analysis, campaign execution, and design proficiency.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about growing brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI through digital channels. Candidates must have 2 to 6 years of relevant industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Perform detailed SEO audits of websites and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest.

  • Optimize on-page elements (meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, content, internal linking).

  • Implement technical SEO strategies including site speed optimization, structured data, and mobile responsiveness.

  • Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, and address crawl errors, indexing issues, and penalty recovery.

  • Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building practices.

  • Track SEO performance and rankings across major search engines and generate weekly/monthly reports.

2. Google Ads / Google AdWords

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube platforms.

  • Develop keyword strategies for paid campaigns with a focus on ROI, lead generation, and conversions.

  • Write compelling ad copy and create engaging visuals for different ad formats.

  • Manage budgets, bids, and A/B testing of ads to optimize performance.

  • Monitor campaign analytics in Google Ads and Google Analytics, and adjust campaigns based on data insights.

  • Set up conversion tracking and custom goals for detailed performance analysis.

3. Facebook & Instagram Advertising

  • Create and manage paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram via Meta Ads Manager.

  • Segment target audiences based on interests, demographics, and behaviors.

  • Design high-performing ad creatives in coordination with the graphic design team.

  • Manage pixel tracking and retargeting campaigns to improve ad relevance and ROI.

  • Analyze ad performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, reach, impressions, and ROAS.

  • Continuously test and optimize creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.

4. Content Creation and Design

  • Collaborate with the design team to create banners, infographics, social media creatives, and ad graphics.

  • Develop visual content for organic and paid campaigns that align with brand identity.

  • Create landing pages, email templates, and digital assets for campaigns using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.

  • Ensure all creatives are optimized for web and mobile platforms.

5. Digital Strategy and Execution

  • Create and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for product launches, brand awareness, and lead generation.

  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across different platforms.

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

  • Perform competitor analysis and suggest improvements to outperform in the digital space.

6. Analytics and Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools to monitor traffic, conversion, and engagement metrics.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports for management review.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, SEMrush Academy) are a plus.

  • Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and campaign management.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).

    • Expertise in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog.

    • Facebook Business Manager/Meta Ads Manager.

    • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.

    • Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Sendinblue is a plus.

  • Design Skills:

    • Basic to advanced design capabilities using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or Figma.

    • Ability to create eye-catching visuals for social media and ads.
