We're Hiring! Digital Marketing Expert – Join Our Remote Team!

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Expert to lead and manage our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will work closely with the creative, development, sales, and content teams to drive measurable growth, boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and improve ROI through integrated digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy Development:

Design and execute 360-degree digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to craft targeted digital plans.
Forecast digital budgets and campaign performance.

2. Performance Marketing:

Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
- Facebook/Instagram Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
Optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad creativity.

3. SEO & Website Optimization:

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
Conduct keyword research, content audits, and technical SEO checks.
Work with developers and designers to improve UX/UI, site speed, and mobile responsiveness.

4. Social Media Marketing:

Create and manage brand presence on social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Plan and publish engaging posts, stories, videos, and campaigns.
Monitor engagement metrics and tweak content strategies accordingly.

5. Email and CRM Campaigns:

Create and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or HubSpot.
Segment audiences and run nurturing or promotional email flows.
Analyze open rates, CTRs, bounce rates, and optimize campaigns.

6. Content Strategy & Coordination:

Guide the content team in developing blogs, articles, landing page content, and creatives.
Ensure all content supports SEO and marketing goals.
Collaborate on the creation of video and visual content when needed.

7. Data Analytics & Reporting:

Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Data Studio for campaign tracking.
Set up and track conversion goals, funnels, and event-based tracking.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports highlighting KPIs, performance metrics, and actionable insights.

8. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Analyze user behavior via heatmaps, user session recordings, and surveys.
Identify drop-off points in funnels and test landing pages, CTAs, forms, etc.
Continuously work to improve lead quality and customer acquisition costs.
