Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage digital campaigns from ideation and media planning to optimization and performance analysis
2. Drive marketing programs that are highly targeted on the basis of content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts
3. Manage all efforts and goals on digital paid media - SEM, display, paid social, affiliate, etc.
4. Drive digital marketing efficiencies and reach through continuous communication testing (A/B), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats & active co-creation and planning with Google/Facebook/others as a partner
5. Work with our performance agencies to institute the best execution processes
