We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be an expert in leveraging various digital channels to drive business growth, both for our e-commerce platform and our agency clients. This role requires a versatile professional who can not only strategize and execute campaigns but also manage a team and stay ahead of the latest trends in digital marketing and artificial intelligence.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals for both Intecom's e-commerce platform and its external clients.
Social Media Marketing: Oversee all social media channels, including content creation, campaign management, community engagement, and performance analysis.
Email Marketing: Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated sequences, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance online visibility through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
Content & Scripting: Develop compelling content and persuasive scripts for various platforms, including social media posts, ads, videos, and chatbots, to capture audience attention and drive engagement.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, understand consumer behavior, and inform marketing strategies.
Website Management (WordPress): Manage and optimize our WordPress websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with SEO best practices.
AI & Automation: Integrate artificial intelligence and automation tools into marketing workflows to improve efficiency, personalize customer experiences, and analyze data more effectively.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate ROI.
Education: A graduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline is acceptable, provided the candidate possesses the required skills.
Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in the above-mentioned key responsibilities.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in social media marketing across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
Expertise in WordPress and familiarity with content management systems.
Strong knowledge of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue).
Ability to use and integrate artificial intelligence tools in a marketing context.
Excellent scripting and content creation skills.
Solid understanding of market research methodologies.
