Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Social Media:

Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

Research and propose ideas for posts, captions, hashtags, reels, and stories.

Monitor engagement, reply to comments/messages, and help grow community interaction.

Track social media KPIs and provide weekly performance reports.
2. SEO & Website Optimization:

Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, or SEMrush.

Assist in optimizing website content for SEO: titles, meta descriptions, image alt tags, and internal linking.

Help identify on-page and off-page SEO improvements.

Support blog content creation and uploading posts to WordPress or CMS platforms.
3. Paid Marketing Campaigns:

Support the setup and monitoring of paid ads on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram Ads).

Assist with audience targeting, campaign structure, ad copy suggestions, and A/B testing.

Monitor ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions) and compile insights for the team.
4. Email Marketing:

Help create and schedule email campaigns via Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar tools.

Assist with building email lists, writing email copy, and tracking open and click-through rates.

Suggest improvements based on performance data.
5. Analytics & Reporting:

Learn to use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.

Assist in preparing weekly/monthly performance reports with visual dashboards and insights.

Track traffic, user behavior, bounce rates, top-performing pages, and campaign effectiveness.
6. Competitor & Market Research:

Research industry trends, competitors' digital strategies, and emerging tools or content formats.

Present findings to the marketing team and propose improvements or experiments.

Monitor hashtags, influencer marketing trends, and campaign ideas relevant to the brand.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with design, content, and product teams for marketing material or campaigns.

Support during campaign launches, promotions, webinars, product launches, or online events.

Attend team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas for growth.
