Job Description:
We are seeking a creative, motivated, and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will support the execution of online marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, generate leads, and engage our audience across various digital channels.
This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain real-world experience in digital marketing, content creation, analytics, and campaign management. You will work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to real campaigns, and receive mentorship and hands-on training in digital marketing tools and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management

Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

Monitor engagement (likes, shares, comments) and interact with followers to increase community involvement.

Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
2. Content Creation

Help develop creative content including blogs, articles, email newsletters, infographics, and short videos.

Ensure all content is aligned with the brand’s voice and optimized for search engines (SEO).

Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies to inspire new content ideas.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Support on-page SEO tasks such as keyword research, meta tags, internal linking, and optimizing content for better rankings.

Assist with off-page SEO activities like backlink outreach and directory submissions.

Use tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush to monitor site performance.
4. Email Marketing

Assist in designing and sending email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Sendinblue.

Segment email lists, personalize email content, and track open/click rates to optimize performance.

Conduct A/B testing for subject lines and templates.
5. Paid Ads Support (Optional)

Work alongside the digital team on paid campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Instagram promotions.

Monitor ad performance and assist in creating reports on ad impressions, reach, and conversions.
6. Website and Blog Management

Upload blogs and update content using CMS platforms such as WordPress or Wix.

Ensure content formatting, links, and visuals are in place for a smooth user experience.

Monitor traffic performance using Google Analytics or similar tools.
7. Market Research and Competitor Analysis

Research target audience behaviors, online trends, and competitors’ digital strategies.

Provide insights and suggestions for campaign improvement or audience targeting.
8. Analytics and Reporting

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports on digital activities.

Analyze campaign effectiveness and make recommendations based on data.

Track KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, engagement rates, and bounce rates.
9. Team Collaboration

Work closely with the design team for creatives and visuals.
