Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Marketing

Assist in planning and creating content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Schedule and post content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.

Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and community engagement.

Track and report social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and growth.
2. Content Creation

Draft engaging copy for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.

Support content writing for marketing materials like brochures, ads, email campaigns, and more.
-
Research industry-related topics to assist in content ideation and planning.

Collaborate with graphic designers to align text and visuals.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
-
Assist with keyword research and implement on-page SEO techniques (meta tags, keyword density, internal linking, etc.).
-
Support off-page SEO efforts such as backlink outreach and directory submissions.
-
Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console.
4. Email Marketing
-
Help design and send marketing emails or newsletters using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or HubSpot.

Maintain subscriber lists, segment email audiences, and analyze open/click rates.

Optimize subject lines, templates, and email content based on analytics.
5. Paid Ads & Performance Monitoring (Optional Exposure)

Assist in setting up and monitoring basic PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, ROI, and conversion rates.

Generate simple reports and summaries to help the team evaluate campaign success.
6. Market Research and Competitive Analysis

Conduct research on digital trends, competitor strategies, and target audience behavior.

Present findings that can help shape content, SEO, or ad strategy.

Assist in maintaining an insights database or dashboard.
7. Team Support and Administrative Tasks

Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Take notes, document workflows, or help with campaign calendar management.

Provide assistance on special marketing projects or events as needed.
