Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content creation tools such as Canva and basic video editing software. This internship provides hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns, handling social media accounts, designing marketing materials, and conducting market research.
This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are enthusiastic about digital marketing, content design, analytics, and learning the latest trends in online marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management

Assist in managing and maintaining company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Schedule posts, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages under supervision.

Contribute creative ideas for regular and campaign-specific posts.
2. Content Creation & Design
-
Create visually appealing graphics using Canva for social media posts, stories, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Support basic video editing tasks using tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.

Design posts aligned with branding guidelines and campaign objectives.
3. SEO & Website Support

Assist in optimizing website content using basic on-page SEO principles (meta tags, keywords, internal linking, etc.).

Help in researching and writing SEO-friendly blogs and website content.

Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or Ubersuggest for keyword research and performance analysis.
4. Campaign Execution

Support the creation and execution of social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads – basic level).

Monitor campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions.

Coordinate with the team to update creatives, captions, and call-to-actions based on campaign performance.
5. Market Research & Trend Analysis

Conduct secondary research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences.

Gather insights and create reports to assist in strategy development.

Identify trending hashtags, content formats, and campaign ideas relevant to the brand's niche.
6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain a content calendar and track post-performance across all platforms.

Prepare weekly reports on follower growth, engagement rate, traffic, and campaign success.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions for monthly marketing plans and campaigns.
Eligibility & Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.

Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing preferred (but not mandatory).
