Work Location: Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur
Work Mode: In-office only
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Marketing

Assist in managing and creating engaging content for the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).

Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to suggest new content ideas and improve engagement.

Respond to comments and messages under supervision to maintain active audience communication.
2. Content Creation & Marketing

Write short-form content for social media captions, blogs, website pages, product descriptions, and promotional emails.

Help design basic creatives or visual assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.

Research trending topics and contribute content ideas for marketing campaigns and blog articles.

Ensure consistency in brand tone and messaging across all content.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Assist in performing keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, or SEMrush.

Support on-page SEO efforts including optimizing headings, meta titles, descriptions, and image alt tags.

Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and prepare basic performance reports.

Help with link-building strategies and outreach campaigns for SEO improvement.
4. Email Marketing

Draft and schedule email campaigns and newsletters using platforms such as Mailchimp, SendinBlue, or Zoho Campaigns.

Segment email lists and analyze open/click-through rates for performance improvements.

Assist in A/B testing subject lines or content to optimize engagement.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting

Collect and organize data on campaign performance across social media, email, and website traffic.

Use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other analytics platforms to generate performance dashboards.

Help create weekly or monthly marketing reports for internal review.
6. Paid Ads (Optional / Based on Training)

Assist in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Observe ad performance and compile reports under the guidance of the marketing team.

Conduct basic research on ad trends, keywords, and competitors' digital advertising strategies.
7. Team Collaboration and Support

Participate in weekly marketing meetings to discuss goals, campaign ideas, and progress.

Collaborate with graphic designers, developers, and other departments to execute integrated campaigns.

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
