Job Description
Job role and responsibilities include but are not limited to: -
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendors/partners.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing campaigns for customer acquisition & engagement through Email, SMS & IVR
- Develop highly creative and insightful content for marketing mailers
- Work with design team to develop effective designs for all emails and supporting landing experiences
- Tracking and reporting of all campaigns in order to guide improvements
- Carrying out vendor validation & regular quality check of user quality using excel
- Works closely with agencies, vendors, service providers to execute campaigns
- Analyze reports to create insights that will help drive digital marketing content strategies using a various analytical software.
- Track & manage budget, vendor payments & invoices
- The role would be directly responsible for acquisition and engagement of customers - both in terms of developing long term strategy as well as day-to-day execution of the strategy for one of the digital businesses
- You will be required to engage in Offline Marketing efforts: -creating relevant and fresh video content for our digital media marketing consumption.
- Candidates with 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of website analytics tools and experience in handling up Google, Facebook ads account
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Competent with emails - You can write professional and effective emails
- Excellent English, Written, Conversational and reading skills
- You understand and appreciate the power of Analytics and Business Intelligence
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
