Job Description for Digital Marketing Internship

Responsibilities:

- Utilize digital marketing strategies to effectively retain clients and enhance their overall experience.

- Engage with clients through various digital channels, including email, social media, and online chat platforms.

- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise.

- Conduct research to gain insights into client needs, preferences, and market trends, and provide valuable feedback to the team.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns targeted towards client retention and engagement.

- Monitor and analyze client behavior and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

- Assist in the creation of digital content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters, to engage clients and promote our products or services.

- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and strategies for enhancing client relationships.

Internship details:

Duration - 6 months

Timings - 10am to 6pm

Stipend - 5k per month

At the end of this internship you will be given a letter of recommendation and a full time job offer based on the performance.
