Title: Digital Marketing Internship
Location: Pune, Baner

Stipend: Candidate will get stipend during the internship period
Job offer on successful completion of internship: Candidate will be considered for a full time employment. Salary will be based on candidates’ performance during the internship

Key Responsibilities (But not limited to below):
1. Must breathe, live and think marketing and digital marketing in every walk of business
2. Carry out digital marketing activities as per guidelines from the manager and deliver the key marketing tasks for organization
3. Must demonstrate high level of understanding, quick learning and flare for Mar-tech and technology marketing solution
4. Analyze, review, and share the marketing insights from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMRush or any suitable tools / platforms
5. Help to implement content plan to accelerate SEO leads from target geographies
6. Shall come up with social media calendar, post ideas, post content & captions and drive the social media marketing
7. Coordinating with the design/video/ creative team/ development for various dependent tasks
8. Shall coordinate with marketing manager for launching digital marketing programs withing organization & for various clients viz. ad campaigns, email campaigns and implementing campaign optimizations on Google, social media, and CRM platforms
9. Carry out client communication as per project and organization requirement
Must To Have Qualifications / Skills:
1. Completed any relevant certification/ training in digital marketing
2. MBA/PGDBM/BBA – Marketing (Or any other equivalent education background)
3. Have excellent communication skills ( Written & Oral)
4. Must be proficient with MS Office (Excel, word & Power point)
5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
6. Social media marketing
7. Google Analytics
8. Google Search Console
9. Google Ads
10. Candidates from Pune or Candidates who can relocate to Pune will be given preference
Selection Process:
1. Apply for the job
2. Round 1: Shortlisted candidate has to submit assignment
3. Round 2: Technical round based on candidate’s assignment (This will be a F2F round or online video call)
4. Round 3: HR discussion of qualified candidates
5. Final offer to the selected candidates
