About the internship

Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement long-term growth strategies for the job board, built for businesses to list freelance/full-time roles associated with content & creators to discover & engage with opportunities
2. Define a unique positioning & theme for the job board adjacent to existing job portals; on the lines of how contentmart.com did previously
3. Acquire job/requirement listings via scrapping and outreach at scale
4. On-boarding content creators to the White Panda community through digital channels and viral loops
5. Maximise listing visibility on google search by implementing SEO tactics
6. Collecting & studying the user data on the platform to optimise for the types of transactions enabled and to form insights
