About the internship
This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart rookie to learn about multiple aspects of marketing, including social media marketing, data mining, email marketing, SMS marketing, affiliate marketing, events, and more. The intern will be responsible for assisting the marketing manager/marketing head in implementing Codingal's overall communications and marketing plan focusing specifically on digital communications and BTL activities.
Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Create and refine social media posts and best practices
2. Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, etc) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging
3. Create interesting content which can be posted on Codingal blog pages
4. Work extensively in identifying opportunities to mine data from social media platform and web platforms
5. Carry target of sourcing and scraping data on day to day basis
6. Prepare weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns
7. Assist managers in executing campaigns across social media, email, SMS, affiliate, and other BTL campaigns

1. Understanding of basics of computer programming is a must for the role
2. He/she should have exceptional communication skill
3. Should be ideally an engineer or an MBA
4. She/he should have interest and exposure in marketing activities
5. Unmatched enthusiasm to keep up with the pace of the business and the team
