Job Description
1. Develop and implement a social media plan aimed at involving new audiences online, driving engagement with the capability
2. Manage and deliver an online content plan, including the commissioning, production, and quality control of online content relating to fundraising, including audio, video, and written content such as blog posts
3. Manage our fundraising e-communications activity, including the development of an e-newsletter, to ensure these are targeted and meaningful for our objectives
4. Develop and enhance our ability to generate leads from our website and from relevant third party websites
5. Manage and continually evolve the organization's digital activity across all existing and future platforms ensuring the excellent user experience

1. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar
2. Excellent understanding of digital concepts and best practice
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Experience in creative content writing
5. Perfect knowledge of web analytic tools
6. BSc\BA in marketing or relevant field
7. Experience in B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO\SEM
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 4 Lac/annum
