Job Description
1. Planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
2. Designing, building, and maintaining the social media presence
3. Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs)
4. Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights
5. Evaluating emerging technologies, providing thought leadership, and perspective for adoption where appropriate
6. Managing budget and allocating resources for digital marketing initiatives

1. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. An MBA is preferred
2. At least 0-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing in a leadership role
3. Knowledge of paid campaigning (PPC, FB Ads, Google Ads)
4. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
5. Strong project management skills
6. Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
7. A passion for the Ed-tech sales/education sector
8. A proactive approach, with the ability to work individually under pressure to achieve desired results
9. An ownership mindset
