Responsibilities include:
1. Shadowing the head of operations to learn about the day-to-day responsibilities of the organization & learn more about the business
2. Creating content for social media handles & coming up with new out-of-the-box ideas to help grow the digital presence of the awards
3. Working as a part of the CRM team & communicating with the top influencers, celebrities & agencies of the country & getting on calls with them to make deals with them (only selected candidates will have the opportunity)
4. Working on being hands-on with the latest industry knowledge and coming up with creative ideas to help make sponsor campaigns a success
