Job Responsibilities:

Primarily, you will be responsible to implement a marketing success strategy for our clients starting from setting up goals to executing the marketing roadmap as per plan. More specifically, some of the things you will do on a regular basis include:

• SEO - Help our customers get found
• Copywriting – Emails, Blogs, Case Studies, Newsletters, etc. Make sure we create exciting and engaging content regularly.
• PPC – Work with the team to set up and manage paid ad programs. Monitor closely for ROI and success. 
• Email marketing – Set up and run email programs for customers to help generate leads and to keep their audience engaged.
• Social media – Work with the team to help customers build their audience and increase engagement. 
• Content marketing – Writing content is only the first part. Ensure the content you create is also found at the right place at the right time. 
• Story telling – Develop great story telling skills to help communicate brand stories effectively. 
• Analytics – Be measurable. Use analytics to make data-driven decisions. 
• Customer Success - Be driven to help our customers succeed. Spend time with them if need to help them grow.

Requirements

• We do not really believe in qualifications. We'd rather love to see what you can do. While we expect you to have 1-3 years of experience, we are open to hire freshers who can prove that they'll be a great fit for this role.
  

• Good working knowledge and understanding of tools necessary to support content, social media, and analytics 
• Copywriting and brand experience for all channels including web, email marketing and mobile
• Creative experience to come up with smart and effective content
• Experience of using Content Management Systems (CMS), such as WordPress
• Deep understanding of Google Analytics
• Experience in setting up and managing paid campaigns across social, content outreach and display 
• Strong understanding of SEO 
• Basic HTML and CSS skills and knowledge
• Basic understanding of UX
• Experience of working with a small business or start up is preferred
