JD for Digital Marketing ManagerResponsibilities:

• Build and execute digital marketing strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
• Create & manage Google AdWords, Social Media campaigns with the business objective and target
• Generate inbound traffic and generate quality leads via relevant marketing channels
• Plan, execute and measure experiments to improve conversions.
• Measure, report and optimize the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Collaborate with teams to generate better landing pages and optimize user experience
• Communicating with Internal and External clients and share the project updates at regular intervals

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing all the digital marketing channels and its campaigns, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns
• Should be able to demonstrate past experience of building and managing FB/Social Media profiles from scratch and generating inbound traffic and leads
• Hands-on with latest social media marketing techniques and trends
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Be a great team player, Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters, and UI/UX designers.
• Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
• Knowledge of marketing, web analytics & Social tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics & Sprout Social), SEO and proficiency in Advanced Excel is a plus.
