Position Summary:

 

We are looking to induct an creative, skilled and highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to our team who enjoy collaboration, love digital marketing, who want to learn and share, and want their work to make an impact.

We need collaborators, who will develop creative ways to translate concepts and ideas into practical and tactical solutions, foster innovation and maximize ROI. This is a vital role in developing and executing effective digital strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase user acquisition, and maximize customer engagement increasing the overall sales.


Responsibilities:

 

· Understanding the Company’s goals/objectives and its entire digital marketing needs to Manage and optimize the company's digital presence across various channels, including the website, social media platforms, email, search engine including use of the concepts of SEM, SMM, SEO, SMO, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Remarketing, Mobile Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Advertising & more with the help of tools like Google Analytics, Google Ad-Words, SA360, Google Ad-sense, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, AHref, Screaming Frog, Photoshop, AI Tools, etc.

· Conduct market research to identify & analyzing the target audience, market trends, consumer preferences, and competitors' activities and use these insights to form marketing & campaign strategies and product development to identify growth opportunities and ensuring brand consistency.

· Creating Digital Marketing Strategies to optimize online traffic to the company’s website including responsive design, engaging content and usability and evaluating success ratio of competitors for creating plans to overtake them.

· Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as CPC/PPC, CRO, CTR, ROI, CPT, CPM, website traffic and provide regular reports to management.

· Implement and manage online and offline advertising, including different types of ads such as :- PPC search ads, display ads, Social Media ads, Audio ads, Video ads, Email ads, Mobile ads, Native ads, Remarketing ads to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions.

· Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

· Tracking the conversion related percentages and numbers to make needed improvements.

·  Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.

·  Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns and partner with internal teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.

·  Brainstorming and developing effective SMM strategies to create a brand awareness in different social media channels.

·  Utilize SEO techniques & Strategies to Increasing organic traffic and user engagement by improving the visibility of website and content, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building strategies.

·  Manage customer data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) in all digital marketing activities.

·  Work across all of the business, including Coordinating with designer, developers, product management and sales, also creating & managing engaging and persuasive written or graphic content in for e-newsletters, web page and blog/article content, or social media posts, email, product descriptions and product offers.

·  Stay up to date with the latest marketing & IT training industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance the company's digital presence and customer engagement providing constructive feedback.

·  Proactively generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach, networking, and innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth.


Desired Candidate Profile:

 

·  Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Experience in Digital Agency, Mass Media & Communication will also be preferred.

·  A minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role and experience in Training Services will be preferred.

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and present reports to stakeholders.

·  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data- driven decisions.

·   Proficiency in creating engaging content for various digital platforms, including strong copywriting and editing skills.

·  Solid understanding of customer behavior, target audience and content needs, market trends, and competitors.

·  Having time management, organizational, Sound listening & Quick learning skills.

·  Proactive & a Strategic thinker who is able to lead and can self-starter.

·  Candidate should have done paid campaigns with set budgets in digital platforms, creating a campaign till implementation.

·  Having experience in WORDPRESS, BOOSTRAP & Front End Language Knowledge like PHP, CSS, HTML, JS, etc. would be a plus.

·  Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

· Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
