Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Bridge: Align clinical development, medical affairs, and data science teams to identify digital use cases that produce measurable business and scientific value. [1, 2, 3]
Digital Strategy & Adoption: Champion the use of GenAI, omnichannel engagements, digital portals, and data analytics tools to optimize scientific communications with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). [1, 2, 3]
Data Curation & Governance: Develop, implement, and streamline customized data ingestion and curation workflows to maintain data connectivity, integrity, and quality. [1, 2]
Insight Generation: Analyze large, complex scientific and medical datasets to extract actionable insights, building reports and dashboards to guide decision-making. [1, 2, 3]
Training & Enablement: Collaborate with data analysts and business partners to provide training resources that help internal teams effectively interpret and leverage digital technologies. [1]
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or Master's) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Data Science, or Bioinformatics. [1, 2]
Domain Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of biology, the drug discovery process, and clinical research protocols. [1]
Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analysis/visualization tools (Python, R, or SQL), Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and AI/ML model deployment
