Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a significant role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
Maintain and optimize our website and social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Develop engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Manage and grow presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others
Coordinate with designers and copywriters to create marketing assets
Experience with eCommerce platforms or B2B marketing
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or similar role
Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and major social media platforms
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools is a plus
Creative mindset with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot
Experience with eCommerce platforms or B2B marketing
Video marketing or graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
