Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You’ll work across various platforms to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to optimize results and ROI.
Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook) and websites.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets and ensure brand consistency.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign impact.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms.
Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp).
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a bonus.
