About the Role
We are looking for a smart, creative, and adaptable Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the digital presence of our businesses. This is a full-time, permanent position (not freelance or contract), ideal for someone with some experience in digital marketing who also has the ability to understand business needs and take complete ownership of execution.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website performance and visibility.

Manage social media platforms — designing, posting, and boosting campaigns to build engagement and reach.

Oversee website content and updates, ensuring smooth functionality and brand consistency.

Track and analyze digital performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools; present insights to management.

Contribute ideas for digital campaigns and branding activities tailored to business goals.

Collaborate with management and teams to support marketing requirements across ventures (details to be discussed during interview).
Candidate Profile

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

Strong understanding of SEO, social media management, and analytics.

Working knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Canva/Photoshop, WordPress (or similar CMS).

Creative mindset with the ability to design and write content.

Analytical approach to problem-solving and campaign improvement.
