Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Reports to: Deepak Sharma, Hiring Manager
Job Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Thriftyy, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with our brand vision and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and other digital channels to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
2. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for marketing purposes, ensuring consistent brand messaging across various platforms.
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
4. Optimize website content and user experience to improve organic search rankings and increase conversions.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, preparing regular reports to track the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
6. Manage and monitor online advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape, proposing and implementing new strategies and technologies as needed.
8. Collaborate with external agencies or vendors, if necessary, to support digital marketing campaigns and projects.
9. Support the marketing team in developing and executing cross-channel marketing initiatives for product launches, seasonal promotions, and other company-wide campaigns.
10. Assist in creating and managing affiliate marketing programs and partnerships to expand our online presence.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or consumer-focused industry.
3. Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
4. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
5. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their marketing integrations (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
