Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Specialist - SEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving organic traffic to our website and improving our online visibility. You'll be responsible for implementing and managing effective SEO strategies to enhance our search engine rankings and attract qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases that align with our business goals and target audience.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking, to improve search engine visibility.
- Technical SEO: Ensure our website is technically sound and optimized for search engines, addressing issues like site speed, mobile-friendliness, and XML sitemaps.
- Off-Page Optimization: Develop and implement effective off-page SEO strategies, such as link building, social media marketing, and guest posting, to increase our website's authority and credibility.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of SEO campaigns.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to ensure that our content is optimized for SEO and aligns with our target audience's needs.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience in paid search advertising (PPC).
