Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Google Ads (SEM)

Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Remarketing).
Perform keyword research and ad copywriting.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.

2. Social Media Advertising (SMM)

Run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Develop campaign strategies tailored to platform and target audience.
Create engaging ad creatives (images, videos, copy).
Track KPIs and optimize campaigns accordingly.

3. Social Media Content Creation

Create and manage organic content (posts, reels, carousels) for various platforms.
Plan and maintain a social media calendar.
Monitor engagement and provide performance insights.
Tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar will be a plus.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies.
Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO (experience with Java + Node.js sites preferred).
Improve organic rankings and optimize content accordingly.
Build high-quality backlinks and track SEO performance.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Experience creating social media content (including reels).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Knowledge of e-commerce and tech platforms (Java, Node.js) is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
