Job Description
Job Summary:
A Digital Marketing Trainee is an entry-level role that offers hands-on training and practical experience in various areas of digital marketing such as social media, SEO, content creation, email marketing, paid advertising, and analytics. The trainee will work closely with the digital marketing team to support campaign execution, learn digital tools and platforms, and contribute to online brand visibility and lead generation strategies.
This role is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or career switchers who are passionate about digital marketing and eager to build foundational skills in a fast-paced, real-world environment.
2. Assist the head in handling couple of admin related works.
3. Handle the queries from the lead.
4. Research and advise the current trends in the market and how to blend the same in the digital marketing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Marketing Support:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Monitor social media channels for engagement, trends, and audience interaction.

Help create engaging content including captions, hashtags, creatives, and videos.

Track social media metrics and assist in reporting performance analytics.
2. Content Marketing:

Write and proofread blog posts, website content, email campaigns, and product descriptions under supervision.

Research trending topics and suggest content ideas aligned with brand strategy.

Assist in creating content calendars and maintaining content publishing schedules.

Ensure content is SEO-optimized and relevant to the target audience.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, or SEMrush.

Help optimize on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, image alt tags, and internal links.

Assist with technical SEO checks and implementation (with guidance).

Monitor website traffic and rankings using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
4. Paid Advertising (SEM, Social Ads):

Learn the basics of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.

Support the team in setting up ad campaigns, keyword targeting, and audience segmentation.

Help track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports.

Suggest improvements for ad creatives or targeting based on initial results.
5. Email Marketing:

Assist in designing and sending email newsletters using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho.

Segment email lists and personalize email content for different audience groups.

Track open rates, click-through rates, and campaign performance.
6. Website & Landing Page Optimization:

Help update website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress or Wix.

Coordinate with designers and developers for landing page creation or content updates.

Test forms, CTAs, and user flows for performance and conversion.
7. Data Analysis & Reporting:

Compile and present performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Excel.

Assist in tracking KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversions, bounce rate, etc.

Learn how to interpret marketing data to guide future strategies.
8. Competitor & Market Research:

Analyze competitors' online presence, ad campaigns, and content strategies.

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Suggest creative ideas for improving online visibility and engagement.
