Job Description
- We are looking for a qualified Digital Media Specialist to join our team.
- You will lead our marketing efforts using new media and digital tools.
- If you know how to creatively handle various online marketing tools, like websites, podcasts and blogs, this position is for you. You will work with different teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
- Ultimately, you should be able to promote our company and increase client engagement.
- Creating and curating shareable content.
- Determining which platform is best suited for each piece of content.
- Building and managing social media profiles and presence.
- Directing paid search and social campaigns and analyzing the performance of those campaigns.
- Maintaining brand consistency.
- Making Strategies build for SEO On Page & Off page optimization.
- Monitor, Review, Edit and Analyze website content, (soft writing skills required)
- Understand the company's SEO strategy and suggest changes drive traffic to the website and improve website ranking.
- Experience in using Google webmaster, Google Analytics and other related SEO tools.
- Knowledge to work with HTML.
- Build engagement and carry out promotional activities for our website.
- Owns the responsibility for growth strategies, lead generation and brand building.
- Ability to perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives and to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
- Minimum of 3 years of search engine optimization and pay-per click experience
- HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, Access, mySQL, JavaScript
- Macromedia suite: Dreamweaver MX 2004, Flash, ColdFusion, Contribute
- Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- CMS, graceful degradation, unobtrusive JavaScript
- W3C Web standards, WAI, ADA & Sections 508 and 504 compliance
- Preferred-XML, AJAX, RSS, PHP, ASP, SQLserver, Action Script, Flash rich internet applications
- EDUCATION:-BA or MFA Digital Media, Interaction Design, or related degree.
